The annual conference on International security issues, co-sponsored by the International Security and Arms Control Section of APSA (ISAC) and the International Security Studies Section(ISSS) of ISA, will be held in Austin (Texas) from the 14th to the 16th of November 2014. Presenters might consider reflecting on the twentieth anniversary of the Rwandan genocide, nuclear deterrence or proliferation, new domains of warfare like cyber and space, or new military technologies like UAVs.
